BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM
3 eggs 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup (Brown Cow type) 1 1/2 Tbsp. artificial coconut extract (pure extract use 1/2 tsp.) 1 can Eagle Brand 8 oz. rye
Whip eggs in blender, add everything else but milk. Blend while adding milk very slowly. Refrigerate. Makes 26 oz.
ANOTHER VERSION:
3 eggs 1 tin Eagle Brand 1 1/2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup 1 Rich's coffee rich mocha mix
Blend together 3 minutes. Add 1 tsp. instant coffee and 10-12 oz. rye. Blend 1 minute.
